City of Horicon PERSONNEL & FINANCE October 18, 2022 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in regular session with Chairperson Frami presiding. The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. Members Present: Frami, Bandsma and Miller. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Miller, second by Bandsma, to approve the September 15, 2022, minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve a budget transfer to purchase a Meeting Owl 3 Room Kit and speakers by increasing Municipal Building, Other Supply Expense, 100-511610-399 and decreasing Contingency Fund, 100-511990-399, in the amount of $2,500. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve a budget transfer to purchase office chairs for the Police Department by increasing Police Department Police Outlay Furniture/Furnishings, 100-522121- 812, and decreasing Public Safety Building Maintenance Repair Contractor, 100-522010-241 in the amount of $1,120. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve the Police Sergeant job description. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Bandsma, to approve the bills for September 2022 in the amount of $7,432,059.13. All voting Aye. Motion carried.
