City of Horicon PERSONNEL & FINANCE January 17, 2023 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in regular session with Chairperson Frami presiding. The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. Members Present: Frami, Bandsma, and Miller. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Bandsma, second by Miller, to approve the December 15, 2022, minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Bandsma, to approve the application fee for payment of the 2023 Bird City Recognition Application Fee in the amount of $175. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve the purchase of a Power Load Cot and upgrade to ambulance in the amount of $31,728.93. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Bandsma, to approve a budget transfer of $10,314.00 from Contingency Fund and $1,086.00 from PD Data Processing Internet Fees both to Public Safety Building Internet Account to be created. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Bandsma, to approve the purchase of water meters in the amount of $62,910.00 All voting Aye. Motion carried. Discussion to prepare 2023 proposed wage ordinances with 3% budgeted raises. Discussion with Department Heads on 2023 projects. Bandsma left meeting at 6:30 p.m. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve December 2022 payables in the amount of $7,689,210.61. All voting Aye. Motion carried.
