City of Horicon PERSONNEL & FINANCE February 16, 2023 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in regular session with Chairperson Frami presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Frami, Bandsma, and Miller. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Frami, second by Bandsma, to approve the January 17,2023 minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Discussion regarding part-time employee’s vacation benefit. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve hiring EMS Personnel Sarah Heine. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve the 2023 Aquatic Center Contract with YMCA of Dodge County in the amount of $92,625.75. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve the MSA Contract for Wastewater Facilities Plan in the amount of $41,750. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Bandsma, to approve January 2023 payables in the amount of $6,148,687.93. All voting Aye. Personnel & Finance’s next meeting will be Thursday, March 16, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Motion to adjourn by Miller, second by Bandsma.
