City of Horicon PERSONNEL & FINANCE October 17, 2023 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in regular session with Chairperson Frami presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Frami, Bandsma, and Schmitz. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Bandsma, second by Schmitz, to approve the September 18, 2023, minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Bandsma, second by Schmitz, to approve transfer of funds for Oak Hill Cemetery Association in the amount of $8,500. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Bandsma, second by Schmitz, to approve reimbursement of Street Closure Fees for Horicon Historical Society. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Discussion regarding EMS rates. EMS Coordinator Carole Baker will update and bring to present at Council meeting. Motion by Frami, second by Schmitz, to approve September 2023 payables in the amount of $7,119,035.20. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Personnel & Finance’s next meeting will be Thursday, November 16, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Motion to adjourn by Bandsma, second by Schmitz.
