City of Horicon PERSONNEL & FINANCE December 18, 2023 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in regular session with Chairperson Frami presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Frami, Bandsma, and Schmitz. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Bandsma, second by Schmitz, to approve the November 16, 2023, minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Bandsma, second by Frami, to approve the 2024 agreement for Senior Dining Program with Dodge County Human Services & Health Department. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Bandsma, second by Schmitz, to approve the write-off uncollectible ambulance bills in the amount of $3,254.45. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Bandsma, second by Schmitz, to approve the November payables in the amount of $4,350,135.97. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Personnel & Finance’s next meeting will be Monday, January 15, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Motion to adjourn by Bandsma, second by Schmitz. All voting Aye.
