City of Horicon PERSONNEL & FINANCE March 18, 2024 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in regular session with Chairperson Frami presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Frami, Bandsma, and Schmitz. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Schmitz, second by Frami, to approve the February 19, 2024 minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Schmitz, to approve the disposal of items from Public Works. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Schmitz, to approve the 2024 Meter purchases in the amount of $51,995.00. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Bandsma, second by Schmitz, to approve the 2024 Mill and Overlay engineering contract in the amount of $5,140.00. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Bandsma, second by Schmitz, to approve the 2024 Aquatic Center Chemical Contract in the amount of $20,298.00. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Bandsma, second by Schmitz, to approve the Discher Park Dance Hall engineering contract to include environmental in the amount of $4,950.00. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Schmitz, second by Frami to approve February 2024 payables in the amount of $2,593,425.26. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Personnel & Finance’s next meeting will be Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Motion to adjourn by Bandsma, second by Schmitz.
