City of Horicon PERSONNEL & FINANCE June 17, 2024 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in regular session with Chairperson Frami presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Frami, Bandsma and Schmitz. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Bandsma, second by Schmitz, to approve the May 15, 2024 minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Bandsma, second by Schmitz, to approve SRO (School Resource Officer) invoice 2023 items in define the Toughbook as a required piece of equipment while serving in the SRO capacity. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Bandsma, second by Frami, to approve Oak Hill Cemetery Association request for distribution of budgeted funds in the amount of $9,000.00. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Discussion regarding Shredding Service Agreement for Police Department. Motion by Bandsma, second by Schmitz, to approve Discher Dance Hall demolition bid from Town & Country Underground in the amount of $30,121.65. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Bandsma left at 6:35 p.m. Motion by Schmitz, second by Frami, to approve May payables in the amount of $1,605,136.08. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Personnel & Finance’s next meeting will be Monday, July 15, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Motion to adjourn by Schmitz, second by Frami.
