City of Horicon PERSONNEL & FINANCE November 18, 2024 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in regular session with Chairperson Frami presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Frami, Bandsma and Schmitz. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: − Scott Giesen on Kekoskee fire department calls to be provided like Horicon Fire Department employees. Motion by Bandsma, second by Schmitz, to approve the October 15, 2024 minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Schmitz, to approve the disposal of records from the Police Department. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Schmitz, to approve adding the Friends of Horicon Parks Fundraising Flyer to be included with property tax bill mailing. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Bandsma, second by Schmitz, to approve October payables in the amount of $3,235,107.65. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Personnel & Finance’s next meeting will be Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Motion by Frami, second by Schmitz, to adjourn into Closed Session for the purpose of Considering an MOU from the Horicon Professional Police Association per WI Stats. 19.85(1)(e) and Considering Leasing of Public Lands per WI Stats. 19.85(1)(e).
