City of Horicon PERSONNEL & FINANCE January 16, 2025 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in regular session with Chairperson Frami presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Frami, Bandsma and Schmitz. Members Absent: None. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Bandsma, second by Schmitz, to approve the November 18, 2024 minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Bandsma, second by Schmitz, to approve increasing Mill Street parking lot fee to $20.00/month effective March 01, 2025. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Bandsma, second by Schmitz, to approve the City Garage upgraded cameras/security system in the amount of $16,506.44 with $16,458 from budgeted and difference $48.44 from the Contingency Fund. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Bandsma, second by Schmitz, to approve Aquatic Center upgraded cameras/security system in the amount of $13,309.76 with $12,980.00 from budgeted and difference $330.00 from the Contingency Fund. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Schmitz, second by Frami, to approve 2025 Bird City Application submitted by the Marsh Area Chamber of Commerce be executed by the City of Horicon. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Schmitz, second by Frami, to approve Marsh Area Chamber of Commerce request to reimburse the 2025 Bird City Application fee in the amount of $175. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Schmitz, second by Frami, to approve the purchase of a 2025 Ford Police Interceptor Utility AWD in the amount of $44,927.00. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Bandsma, to approve the disposal of Police Department weapons. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Bandsma, to approve December 2024 payables in the amount of $9,957,863.51. All voting Aye. Motion carried.
