AGENDA City of Hot Springs Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC) Thursday, March 5, 2020 1:00pm City of Hot Springs Board Chambers, 133 Convention Blvd, Hot Springs, AR 71901 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call: Terry Kent, Leslie Ramsey, Kelly Thomason, Kelly Cowart, Alice Marshall 3. Approval of February 6, 2020 meeting minutes 4. New Business: 2020 Annual Action Plan Michelle Sestili will present the fiscal year 2020 Annual Action Plan. CDAC Chair will open the floor for public comments. CDAC will publicly discuss and consider recommending the 2020 Annual Action Plan to the City Board of Directors with or without revisions, or remand the Annual Action Plan to the CDBG Administrator for substantial changes. 5. Old Business Michelle Sestili will provide updates:  2020 Census  Habitat for Humanity annual subrecipient monitoring visit conducted February 10, 2020. No findings, no concerns. All active subrecipients have completed annual monitoring.  The 2019 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) was adopted by the Board of Directors on February 18, 2020 and has been submitted to HUD  CDBG Project Statuses CDAC Chair will open the floor for public comments. 6. Announcements Comment sheets are available on the back table if you wish to comment on the 2020 Annual Action Plan including projects proposed for funding. Written comments received by April 6, 2020 will be considered. It is anticipated that the 2020 Annual Action Plan will be considered by the City Board of Directors during their April 7, 2020 meeting at 7:00pm. The next scheduled CDAC meeting is Thursday, April 2, 2020 at 1:00pm in City Hall Board Chambers. Don’t forget to complete your Census on April 1st. Tell your family, friends and neighbors.
