February 28, 2023 PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Special Care Facilities Financing Authority of the City of Hueytown, Alabama will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at the Annex to Hueytown City Hall, 1318 Hueytown Road, Hueytown, Alabama 35023. The purpose of the meeting is to 1) Elect officers; and, 2) Approve organizational matters; and 3) Adopt By-Laws; and, 4) Approve a General Sales Contract; and, 5) Approve the form of a Lease Agreement by and between the Authority and Children’s Hospital of Alabama; and, 6) Approve the form of an Authorizing Resolution for the issuance of Bonds; and, 7) Retain legal counsel 8) Conduct any business properly brought before the Authority.
