Approval of Change Order #1 for the 2016 Concrete Pavement Improvements Contract between the City of Humble, Texas and Triple B Construction in the amount of $144,170.00 5. Approval of Bid 17-03 and Contract between the City of Humble, Texas and Ramshur and Sons Contracting Company, Inc. in the amount of $166,082.00 to construct a sand filter cover at the Wastewater Treatment Facility. 6.
