Approval of Preliminary Plat of Tray Tec, being a subdivision of 2.5468 acres of land located in the John W. Wilson Survey, Abstract 940, City of Humble, Harris County, Texas; 1 Block, 1 Reserve. 9. Approval of a contract between the City of Humble, Texas and RPS Klotz Associates to provide Engineering Services for the City of Humble Northshire Lift Station Upgrade, New Force Main, New Gravity Sewer and Other Associated Improvements in the amount of $983,630.00. 10. Approval of Amendment Number 4 to a contract between the City of Humble, Texas and ARKK Engineers, LLC for the Engineering Services for Concrete & Asphalt Pavement Improvements Project increasing the amount of the contract by $21,413.00 11. Presentation and acceptance of the Fiscal Year 2016 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.
