Approval of an Application for Parade Permit made by Rock Star Capital Management for a Breast Cancer Awareness Walk to be held on November 18, 2017 and closing Bender Avenue from Higgins to Main Street; Main Street from the US 59 Frontage Road to Avenue H; Avenue H to Granberry; Granberry to Railroad Avenue; Railroad Avenue to Main Street from 8:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
