Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the approval of Ordinance No. 22-915, encumbering funds budgeted in Fiscal Year 2021 for specific intergovernmental charges to be performed during Fiscal Year 2022. 6. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the approval of Ordinance No. 22-916, amending Chapter 12 “Building and Building Regulations,” Article XI “Development Standards” by creating Section 700 et seq. “Fencing, Walls, and Screening Requirements” relating to the permitting and regulation of fencing; making certain findings; providing a penalty; providing for severability; and providing for publication and an effective date. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on approval of an Architectural and Engineering Design Professional Services Agreement for the City of Humble Senior Center by and between the City of Humble and Brown Reynolds Watford Architects, Inc. 10. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on approval of a SSC Industrial Business Park, a subdivision of 10.034 acres (437,062 square feet) of land, situated in the John Kohlman Survey, Abstract No. 497, City of Humble, Harris County, Texas. Being a replat of Rosewood Business Park according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Film No. 695226 of the Map records of Harris County, Texas. 11. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on approval of a Development Plat of SSC Industrial Business Park, a development plat of 10.034 acres (437,062 square feet) of land, situated in the John Kohlman Survey, Abstract No. 497, Harris County. 12. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on approval of street closures on April 1, 2022 and April 2, 2022 for Good Oil Days Festival. 13. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION Texas Local Government Code, Section 551.072 – Deliberation Regarding Real Property at 1500 Montgomery Lane - The City Council may deliberate on the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person. Texas Local Government Code, Section 551.087 - Deliberation Regarding Economic Development Negotiations - The City Council may deliberate regarding commercial or financial information that the governmental body received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations. 14.
