Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the approval of Ordinance No. 22-928, an ordinance amending City of Humble Ordinance 21-906, passed and approved the 14th day of September 2021 and being an ordinance adopting the City of Humble budget for fiscal year 2021-2022, by adding to the budget adopted hereby an Addendum No. 7; providing for a certain amendment to such budget; making certain findings; and providing other matters related to the subject. 6. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the approval of Ordinance No. 22-929, an ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Humble, Texas by amending Chapter 12 “Building and Building Regulations” by adding sections relating to exterior security cameras and lighting to increase public safety; providing a penalty and publication; providing for severability; and making other findings and provisions related thereto. 7. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the approval of Ordinance No. 22-930, an ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Humble, Texas by amending Chapter 12 “Building and Building Regulations” by creating Article XIII relating to the regulation of community “Family-Type” homes; providing a penalty and publication; providing for severability; and making other findings and provisions related thereto. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on approval of a Preliminary Plat of Townsen Landing, a subdivision of 67.90 acres of land located in the Wherry B. Adams Survey, Abstract No. 95, City of Humble, Harris County, Texas. 9. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on approval of a Development and Final Plat at the Reserves at Townsen Partial Replat No. 2, a subdivision of 2.73 acres of land located in the J. Pruett Survey, A-1304 City of Humble, Harris County, Texas, being a partial replat of Unrestricted Reserve “A” of Reserves at Townsen, Film Code No. 665146 of Harris County Map Records. 10. COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENTS. The City Council will have an opportunity to address items of community interest, including: expressions of thanks, congratulations, or condolence; information regarding holiday schedules; an honorary or salutary recognition of a public official, public employee, or other citizen; a reminder about an upcoming event organized or sponsored by the City of Humble; information regarding a social, ceremonial, or community event organized or sponsored by an entity other than the City of Humble that was attended or is scheduled to be attended by a member of the City Council or an official or employee of the City of Humble; and announcements involving an imminent threat to the public health and safety of people in the City of Humble that has arisen after posting the agenda. 11.
