Presentation, possible action, and discussion on approval of an Interlocal Agreement between City of Humble, Texas and Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 118 for the construction of a portion of Townsen Blvd. 9. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on approving the bid and authorization to enter into contract negotiations with LDF Construction, Inc. to construct Fire Station No. 2 in an amount not to exceed $6,130,000.00. 10. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on approving the rebid and authorization to enter into contract negotiations with Rebel Contractors for the City of Humble Channel Rehabilitation for the G103-48-0000 Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD) in an amount not to exceed $1,562,057.80. 11. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on approval of a Interlocal Agreement between City of Humble, Texas and the Northeast Hospital Authority to provide funding for an ambulance and equipment to be operated by the City of Humble for the purposes of providing emergency medical services. 12. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on approval of Rankin Road Landing, a Subdivision Plat being a 3.975 acre tract (173,133.81 square feet) of land situated in the W.B. Adams Survey, Abstract No. 95, in the City of Humble, Harris County, Texas, being the same called 3.9301 acre (171,193 square feet) tract conveyed to Carlos Sanchez and Lymarie Clemente Hernandez recorded in RP-2021-239602 of the official records of Harris County, Texas, located at 7615 Rankin Rd. 13. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on approval of a Development Plat for Restricted Reserve “A”, Block 1 Gateway North 1 Amending Plat No. 1, located at 17010 Hwy 59. 14.
