PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING TAKE NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE NORTHEAST HOSPITAL AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS The Northeast Hospital Authority will hold a regular meeting of its Board of Directors on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. at Memorial Hermann Northeast, 18951 Memorial North, Humble, TX 77338, Administrative Conference Room, 4th Floor South Tower. This meeting agenda is posted online at The City of Humble Website In accordance with Texas Government Code, Sec. 551.127, on a regular, non-emergency basis, Board members may attend and participate in a meeting remotely by video conference. Should such attendance transpire, a quorum of the Board will be physically present at the location noted above on this agenda. The public will be permitted to offer public comments in person as provided by the agenda and as permitted by the presiding officer during the meeting. I. Call to Order II.
