HEAR VISITORS: During this time a citizen may address the City Council on any item which does not appear on the posted Agenda. Registration forms are available at the meeting and on our website. This form should be completed and returned to the City Secretary no later than ten (10) minutes prior to the beginning of the meeting. Upon stepping to the podium, the speaker must state their name, and city of residence. Each speaker’s remarks are limited to three (3) minutes. The City Council will listen and receive the information presented by the speaker, ask staff to look into the matter, or place the issue on a future agenda. Topics of operation concerns shall be directed to the City Manager. Comments should not personally attack other speakers, Council Members or staff. 4. PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Humble, Texas will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 08, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber located in City Hall, 114 West Higgins, Humble, Texas. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the review of the Juvenile Curfew Ordinance (Exhibit A) and to allow members of the public to attend and participate in the meeting.
