Recommended Action: Request approval of the February 16, 2023 minutes from BCCs Onboarding & Training meeting. Due to a quorum of the CIAB/Public Works Commission commissioners in attendance at the training, approval by the Commission is required, and posting of the minutes will be made to the City’s website as required. Recommended Action: Motion to approve the project for the installation of fiber optic cable to the Huntington Beach Central Library and find that the project is in general conformance with the approved FY 2022/2023 Capital Improvement Program . Recommended Action: Motion to approve that the Alley East of Alabama Street between Lincoln and Knoxville Water Main Replacement Project, CC-1716, and Alley East of Alabama Street between Memphis and Lincoln Water Main Replacement, CC-1717 is in general conformance with the previously approved CIP.
