Each speaker may have up to 3 minutes unless the volume of speakers warrants reducing the time allowance and time cannot be donated to others. Individuals wishing to speak may do so in one of two ways: 1. In-Person: Fill out a Request to Speak form and deliver it to the Staff Liaison.
