Bluff Top Park Phase I-Railing Improvements – Staff will provide information on State funding received for Bluff Top Park improvements and gather Commission input. Phase I improvements will include new railing in the 2019/2020 CIP budget, with further improvements to be completed in Phase 2 of the 2020/2021 budget. The Design Review Board will be the approving authority related to the final project. 2. Murdy Park Improvements Update – Staff will provide information on the status of the improvements at Murdy Park and Community Center facility. 3. Irby Park Phase II Update COMMITTEE REPORTS 1.
