(3 MINUTES PER PERSON, NO DONATING OF TIME TO OTHERS) CONSENT CALENDAR - None ADMINSTRATIVE ITEMS 19-1093 DESIGN REVIEW BOARD NO. 19-012 (CRUISER’S PIZZA BAR & GRILL REMODEL) REQUEST: To review the design, colors, and materials for a remodel of an existing eating and drinking establishment (Cruiser’s) which includes the removal of a 400 sq. ft. outdoor dining area in the rear of the lot for the construction of a two-car garage, a new 400 sq. ft. outdoor dining area on the second floor of the existing building, and a façade update. LOCATION: Along Pacific Coast Highway between 11th Street and Seapoint Street. 19-1144 DESIGN REVIEW BOARD NO. 18-013 (FRONTIER MURALS) REQUEST: To review the design, colors, and materials of a façade remodel consisting of six, 20 ft. x 12 ft. mounted murals. Three murals are proposed on each street facing building façade (south wall and west wall) of an existing commercial building.
