LOCATION: 120 to 180 5th Street (5th Street between PCH and Walnut Ave.) Recommended Action: That the Design Review Board take the following action: A) Recommend approval of Design Review No. 23-008 to the Director of Community Development with suggested conditions of approval. LOCATION: 618 Pacific Coast Highway, 92648 (North side of Pacific Coast Highway, between 6th and 7th Street) Recommended Action: That the Design Review Board take the following actions: A) Recommend approval of Design Review No. 22-003 to the Zoning Administrator. 23-852 DESIGN REVIEW NO. 22-004 (620 PCH LIVE/WORK) REQUEST: To review the design, colors, and materials of the proposed construction of a new three-story live/work building in District 1 of the Downtown Specific Plan.
