The Fourth of July Board can take no action on this date, unless the item is agendized. Anyone wishing to speak on items not on today’s agenda, may do so during PUBLIC COMMENTS. Three (3) minutes per person; no donating of time to others. None CONSENT CALENDAR APPROVAL OF MINUTES Request for approval of the April 3, 2019 Fourth of July Board meeting minutes. Motion to approve the April 3, 2019 Fourth of July Board meeting minutes. Motion passed unanimously. ADMINSTRATIVE ITEMS 1. Discussion of Celebrtion Events a. Andi Kowal provided an updated on The Bash and celebrities. d. Stacey Newton asked the Board to push for sponsorships; discussed the IP Breakfast, VIP Parade Viewing, and sponsorships. COMMITTEE REPORTS See Administrative Items MEMBER COMMENTS - Not Agendized Chris Cole informed the Board that the work on the security contract and water barricades are in process. ADJOURNMENT With no further business, the meeting of the Fourth of July Board was adjourned at 6:42 pm.
