The Wynne Home Arts Center, 1428 Eleventh Street Huntsville, Texas, 77340 Present: Commissioners: Jaspyr Sanford Margaret Smith Michael Henderson Rosalyn Kelly Betsy Maloney Paul Olle Staff: Sarah Faulkner, Cultural Services Manager Linda Pease, Arts Commission Staff Advisor Agenda Item: Action: I. Call the meeting to order: The meeting was called to order at 5:06 p.m. by Jaspyr Sanford. II. Hear citizen input: There was no citizen input. III. Consider minutes of September 19, 2019: The minutes of the September meeting, as corrected, were approved on a motion by Paul Olle and seconded by Betsy Maloney. IV. Consider art project proposals: The Children’s Tent project was reviewed. The project had been approved for funding of $2,000 (request for $3,300) for the fiscal year 2019-2020. Mr. Chuck Fields had reported he would not be able to fully do the project with this level of funding. He stated that he needed an additional $530 to cover expenses. Paul Olle moved to provide Mr. Fields with his request of $530, Michael Henderson seconded, and all were in favor. V. Review current projects and upcoming events: Sarah Faulkner gave an update on December’s events at the Wynne Home Arts and Visitor Center. VI. Distribute informational items: Sarah Faulkner distributed materials on upcoming events at the Wynne Home Arts and Visitor Center and in Huntsville. VII. Adjourn the meeting: The meeting was adjourned at 5:32 on a motion by Margaret Smith and a second by Paul Olle.

If a Closed or Executive session is held in accordance with the Texas Government Code as set out above, the Board will reconvene in Open Session in order to take action, if necessary, on the items addressed during Executive Session.
