THURSDAY, JANUARY 9, 2020, 5:00 P.M.

AGENDA
Commission Members in attendance: Jaspyr Sanford, John Escobedo, Michael Henderson,
Rosalyn Kelly, Betsy Maloney, Paul Olle, and Margaret Smith
Staff Members in attendance: Sarah Faulkner-Cultural Services Manager
I. The meeting was called to order at 5:04 p.m. by Jaspyr Sanford.
II. There was no citizen input.
III. The November 2019 minutes were approved on a motion by Paul Olle and
seconded by Margaret Smith.
IV. Sarah Faulkner gave an update on the December and January’s events at the
Wynne Home Arts and Visitor Center, discussed the operating hours changing,
and the organization/inventory of the house occurring that week.
V. Informational items were distributed on upcoming events at the Wynne Home Arts
and Visitor Center and local Huntsville events.
VI. The meeting was adjourned at 5:37 on a motion by Margaret Smith and a second
by Paul Olle.

days prior to the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
*If, during the course of the meeting and discussion of any items covered by this notice, the Board determines that a Closed
or Executive session is required, then such closed meeting will be held as authorized by Texas Government Code, Chapter
551, Sections. If a Closed or Executive session is held in accordance with the Texas Government Code as set out above, the
Board will reconvene in Open Session in order to take action, if necessary, on the items addressed during Executive Session.
