Motion by Morris, second by Warner, to approve as presented. Motion passed by a unanimous vote of members present. 4.2 Consideration and possible action to approve minutes for the following meeting(s): (Cottonwood) July 17, 2025 and August 7, 2025 Joint Meeting – City Council/River Creek/ Cottonwood. Motion by Morris, second by Thornton, to approve as presented. Motion passed by a unanimous vote of members present. 5. EXECUTIVE SESSION 5.1 Receive legal advice pursuant to Texas Government Code Sec. 551.071, (Consultation with Attorney), to deliberate and seek legal advice regarding: River  Creek Development Corporation, et. al v. Preston Hollow Capital, LLC, et. al, and Cottonwood Development Corporation v. Preston Hollow Capital, LLC, et. al, both pending in the Texas Supreme Court. In Executive Session at 5:15 PM. Out at 5:51 PM. 6. ACTION RELATIVE TO EXECUTVE SESSION 6.1 Consideration and possible action related to Executive Session agenda items, listed above. There was no action taken. 7.
