CITY OF IDAHO FALLS City Clerk’s Office NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Idaho Falls will hold a Special Meeting (Council Work Session) on the 8th day of September 8, 2015, at 3:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers located in the City Annex Building at 680 Park Avenue, Idaho Falls, Idaho. The purpose of this meeting is: Mayor and Council: -Mayor and City Council Reports (15) Community Development Services: -Receipt of Recommendations from the Planning and Zoning Commission Pursuant to the Local Land Use Planning Act (LLUPA) -Review of Reasoned Statement of Relevant Criteria and Standards for a Conditional Use Permit for a Haunted Attraction, Lots 35-48, Block 45, Crows Addition Public Works: -Discussion of Bid Award for Eastside Greenbelt Pathway – Broadway to Riverside Drive (15) Municipal Services: -Approval of Proposed New Fees/Fee Increases for FY2015-16 -Adoption of the FY2015-16 Budget and Appropriation Ordinance Such meeting may be cancelled or recessed to a later time or place upon resolution by the City Council at such meeting.
