Call to Order and Roll Call: Mayor and Council: -Mayor and City Council Reports (15) Public Works: -Change Order Updates per Council Resolution No. 2015-09 (15) Presentations: -Public Works Citizen Review Committee (45) -Idaho Falls Power Citizen Review Committee (45) Such meeting may be cancelled or recessed to a later time or place upon resolution by the City Council at such meeting. The public is invited to attend. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting (Executive Session) of the City Council will be held on the 5th day of October , 2015, immediately following the conclusion of the agenda items listed above, in the City Annex Conference Room, located at 680 Park Avenue, Idaho Falls, Idaho. Such meeting may be cancelled or recessed to a later time or placed upon resolution at such meeting. The Executive Session has been called pursuant to the provisions of Idaho Code Section 74- 206A(1)(c) to acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency.
