Survey, Section 49, Abstract 259, in Brazoria County, Texas; adjoining the west side of Iowa Colony Boulevard (County Road 65); approximately 2200 feet north of Dubuque Parkway (County Road 63); and approximately 2100 feet south of Davenport Parkway (County Road 64). 4.
