MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 6, 2018
Members present: David Hurst, Steve Bradbery, Les Hosey, and Steven Byrum-Bratsen
Members absent: Vince Patterson
Others present: Dinh Ho
1. David Hurst called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. Consider approval of the December 5, 2017 minutes. Les Hosey moved to approve the
minutes of December 5, 2017. Seconded by Steven Byrum-Bratsen. Approved unanimously.
3. Consider action for Meridiana Section 70 replat No.1 and extension. Les Hosey moved to approve
Meridiana section 70 replat No. land extension. Seconded by Steve Bradbery. Approved unanimously.
4. Consider action for Meridiana section 3 partial replat No. land extension. Steven Byrum-Bratsen
moved to approve Meridiana section 3 partial replat No. 1 and extension. Seconded by Steve Bradbery.
Approved unanimously.
5. Being no further business, Les Hosey moved to adjourn. Seconded by Steve Bradbery. Approved
unanimously.

MEETING AT 7:00 P.M. ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 6,2018, AT IOWA COLONY CITY HALL, 12003 IOWA
COLONY BOULEVARD (CR. 65) IOWA COLONY, TEXAS FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING AND IF
APPROPRIATE, TAKE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS.
