IOWA COLONY PLANNING COMMISSION
MINUTES OF MARCH 6,2018
Members present: David Hurst, Steve Bradbery, and Les Hosey
Members absent: Vince Patterson and Steven Byrum-Bratsen
Others present: Dinh Ho and Mayor Holton
1. David Hurst called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
2. Consider approval of the February 6, 2018 minutes. Les Hosey moved to approve the
minutes of February 6, 2018. Seconded by Steve Bradbery. Approved unanimously.
3. Consider action for the Sierra Vista West Drive Phase 1 Preliminary Plat. Les Hosey made a motion for
an interim approval of the road based on a traffic study. Seconded by Steve Bradbery. Approved
unanimously.
4. Consider action for Meridiana Section 74 Final Plat. Les Hosey moved to approve the Meridiana
Section 74 Final Plat. Seconded by Steven Bradbery. Approved unanimously.
5. Being no further business, Les Hosey moved to adjourn. Seconded by Steven Bradbery. Approved
unanimously.

MEETING AT 7:00 P.M. ON TUESDAY, March 6, 2018, AT IOWA COLONY CITY HALL, 12003 IOWA COLONY
BOULEVARD (CR. 65) IOWA COLONY, TEXAS FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING AND IF APPROPRIATE,
TAKE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS.
