MINUTES OF JULY 10, 2018
Members present: David Hurst, Steve Bradbery, Steven Byrum-Bratsen, and Vince Patterson
Members absent: Les Hosey
Others present: Dinh Ho
I. David Hurst called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
2. Consider approval of the June 5,2018 minutes. Steve Bradbery moved to approve the
minutes of June 5,2018. Seconded by Steven Byrum-Bratsen. Approved unanimously.
3. Consider action for the Sierra Vista West Drive Preliminary Plat. Steven Byrum-Bratsen made a
motion to approve the Sierra Vista West Drive Preliminary Plat with the exception of changing the name.
Motion seconded by Steve Bradbery. Approved unanimously.
4. Consider action for the Karsten Blvd. Phase Ill Preliminary Plat. Vince Patterson moved to approve the
Karsten Blvd. Phase Ill Preliminary Plat. Seconded by Steve Bradbery. Approved unanimously.
5. Being no further business, Steven Byrum- Bratsen moved to adjourn. Seconded by Steve Bradbery.
Approved unanimously.

TEXAS FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING AND IF APPROPRIATE, TAKE ACTION WITH
RESPECT TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS.
This facility is wheelchair accessible and accessible parking spaces are available.
