David Hurst called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. 2. Consider approval of the August 7. 2018 minutes. Steve Bradben’ moved to approve the minutes of August 7,2018. Seconded by Les Hosey. Approved unanimously. 3. Consider action For the Sierra Vista Section 6 Preliminary Plat. Les Hosey made a motion to approve the Preliminary Plat for Sierra Vista Section 6. Seconded by Steven Byrum- Bratsen. Approved unanimously. 4. Consider action for the Sterling Lakes Section 13 Final Pint. Steven Byrum-Bratsen made a motion to approve the Sterling Lakes Section 13 Final Plat. Motion was seconded by Les Hosey. Approved unanimously. 5. Consider action for the Sterling Lakes West Section 4 Final Plat. Steven Byrum-Bratsen made a motion to approve the Sterling Lakes West Section 4 Final Plat. Seconded by Steve Bradbery. Approved unanimously. 6. Consider action for the Sierra Vista Section 5 Final Plat. Steven Byrum-Bratsen made a motion to approve Sierra Vista Section 5 Final Plat with the noted second temporary entrance and that Karsten Boulevard Phase I be completed. Seconded by Steve Bradbery. Approved unanimously. 7. Consider action for the Meridiana Section BOA Final Plat. Steve Bradbery made a motion to accept Meridiana Section 80A Final Plat. Seconded by Les Hosey. Approved unanimously. 8. Consider action for the Meridiana Section 80B Final Plat. Steven Byrum-Bratsen made a motion to approve Meridiana Section 80B Final Plat. Seconded by Steve Bradbery. Approved unanimously. 9. Consider action for Access management and Traffic Impact Analysis as Pad of the Design Criteria Manual. Tony Voigt with Voigt Associates presented a summary of the Traffic Impact Analysis. Steve Bradbeiy made a motion to consider adding the Access Management and Traffic Impact Analysis as Part of the Design Criteria Manual. Seconded by Steven Byrum-Brasten. Approved unanimously. 10. Being no Further business, Les Hosey moved to adjourn. Seconded by Steve Bradbery. Approved unanimously. APPROVED THIS 2 DAY OF OCTOBER 2018.
