David Hurst called the meeting to order at 7:13 P.M. 2. Consider approval of the October 2,2018 minutes. Les Hosey moved to approve the minutes of October 2, 2018. Seconded by Vince Patterson. Approved unanimously. 3. Consider action for Meridiana Section 60 Preliminary Plat. Les Hosey made a motion to approve the Meridiana Section 60 Preliminary Plat. Seconded by Vince Patterson. Approved unanimously. 4. Consider action for Sierra Vista Section? Preliminary Plat. Vince Patterson moved to approve the Sierra Vista Section 7 Preliminary Plat. Seconded by Les Hosey. Approved unanimously. 5. Consider action for Iowa Heights Final Plat. Les Hosey made a motion to approve the Iowa Heights Final Plat. Seconded by Vince Patterson. Approved unanimously. 6. Consider action for Meridiana Section 38 Final Plat. Vince Patterson moved to approve the Meridiana Section 38 Final Plat. Seconded by Les Hosey. Approved unanimously. 7. Consider action for Meridiana Parkway East Phase Ill Final Plat. Les Hosey moved to approve the Meridiana Parkway East Phase Ill Final Plat. Seconded by Vince Patterson. Approved unanimously. 8. Consider action for a variance request by Interfield Group at 3262 Meridiana Parkway. Les Hosey made a motion to approve the variance request with conditional vision of transparency and that no signage either temporary or permanent be placed on the remaining windows. Seconded by Vince Patterson. Approved unanimously. 9. Consider action for a variance reque5t for 5ignage from Cafe Sol, at Meridiana Recreation Center. Vince Patterson made a motion to approve the variance to the sign ordinance as recommended by City Planner, Kent Marsh. Motion seconded by Les Hosey. Approved unanimously. 10.
