IOWA COLONY PLANNING COMMISSION
MINUTES OF DECEMBER 4,2018
Members present: David Hurst, Vince Patterson, and Les Hosey
Members absent: Steve Bradhery and Steven Byrum-Bratsen
Others present: Mayor Holton
Meeting- 7:00 P.M.
I. David Hurst called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
2. Consider approval of the November 13, 2018 minutes. Les Hosey moved to approve the
minutes as presenled. Seconded by Vince Patterson. Approved unanimously.
3. Consider action for the Tirado Albarran Abbreviated Plat. Les Hosey made a motion to approve the
Tirado Albarran Abbreviated Plat. Seconded by Vince Patterson. Approved unanimously.
4. Consider action for the Meridiana Section 59 Final Nat. Vince Patterson moved to approve the Final
Plat. Seconded by Les Hosey. Approved unanimously.
5. Consider action for an exception to the Meridiana PUD Amendment No. 2 for Meridiana Section 3
Replat No. 2. Vince Patterson made a motion recommending an exception to Meridiana PUD Amendment
No. 2 for Meridiana Section 3 Replat No. 2. Seconded by Les Hosey. Approved unanimously.
6. Consider action for Meridiana Section 3 Replat No. 2 Final Plat. Les Hosey moved to approve the Final
Plat with signage for a fire lane. Seconded by Vince Patterson. Approved unanimously.
7. Being no further business, Les Hosey moved to adjourn. Seconded by Vince Patterson. Approved
unanimously.

COMMISSION OF IOWA COLONY WILL HOLD A REGULAR MEETING AT 7:00 P.M.
ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 4,2018, AT IOWA COLONY CITY HALL, 12003 IOWA
COLONY BOULEVARD (CR. 65) IOWA COLONY, TEXAS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
DISCUSSING AND IF APPROPRIATE, TAKE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO THE
FOLLOWING ITEMS.
This facility is wheelchair accessible and accessible parking spaces are available.
