David Hurst called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. 2. Consider approval of the December 4,2018 minutes. Steve Bradbery moved to approve the minutes of December 4, 2018. Seconded by Les Hosey. Motion approved with Steven Byrum Bratsen abstaining from the vote. Steven Byrum-Bratsen was not present at the meeting on December 4, 2018. 3. Consider action for a request for an exception to the Unified Development Code for Satya 288 Retail located at Meridiana Parkway and SR 288. Steven Byrum- Bratsen moved to approve the exception to the Unified Development Code for Satya 288 as recommended by staff including the elevation being fixed on the map. Seconded by Les Hosey. Approved unanimously. 4. Consider action for right- of- way encroachment to allow for a proposed subdivision entry sign for Meridiana located at Iowa Colony Boulevard. Steve Bradbery made a motion to approve the right-of- way encroachment to allow for a proposed subdivision entry sign for Meridiana. Seconded by Steven Byrum-Bratsen. Approved unanimously. 5. Consider action for an exception to the Iowa Colony Sign Ordinance 2016-19 for Meridiana Section 65 subdivision sign located at Discovery Drive and Bayou Drive. Vince Patterson made a motion to give an exception to the Iowa Colony Sign ordinance 2016-19 for Meridiana Section 65 subdivision sign located at Discovery Drive and Bayou Drive. Seconded by Steve Bradbery. Approved unanimously. 6. Consider action for an amendment to the Meridiana Master Signage Plan. Les Hosey made motion to approve an amendment to the Meridiana Master Signage Plan for banners on the existing poles that were designed for having items and new poles on bridge oasis sign and banners. Seconded by Steve Bradbery. Motion was approved with tour ayes to one noe. Steven Byrum-Bratsen voted against the motion. 7. Being no further business, Les Hosey moved to adjourn the meeting.
