Request for Action: Approval of Intergovernmental Cooperative Agreement Between the County of Lexington and the Town of Irmo For the Community Development Block Grant Program Home Investment Partnership Program Emergency Solutions Grant Program (Staff)  B. RESOLUTION 26-09 County of Lexington Urban Entitlement Resolution, the County and the Town of Irmo have designated the County of Lexington Community Development Department, Grants Program Division as their agent to administer said grant funds. (Staff) IX. Presentation by Citizens X. Discussion XI. Executive Session Town Council may act on items discussed in the executive session after returning from the executive session. A.
