JAMESTOWN CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING, JUNE 1, 2022 OFFICIAL MINUTES The special meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Heinrich at 3:30 P.M. Roll Call showed the following members present: Mayor Heinrich, Council Members Buchanan, Kamlitz, Schloegel and Steele, City Attorney Ryan, and Deputy City Auditor Sveum. Absent: City Administrator Hellekson. Council Member Kamlitz moved a Resolution to concur and authorize Project SU-2-987(044), PCN 23267, Urban Reconstruction and Realignment on 12th Ave SE from 3rd St to 6th St SE as proposed; and endorses Alternative B2 as the preferred option, and authorize the Mayor and/or City Administrator to sign necessary documents. Seconded by Council Member Buchanan. Roll Call No. 1 showed: 4 ayes, 1 nays, 0 absent. Carried. Council Member Kamlitz moved to adjourn at 3:48 P.M. Seconded by Council Member Steele.
