SPECIAL MEETING, APRIL 9, 2024

City Hall, 102 3rd Ave SE, Jamestown, ND 58401
The special meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Heinrich at 4:45 P.M.
Roll Call showed the following members present: Mayor Heinrich, Council Members Buchanan, Schloegel,
Steele, City Attorney Ryan, and City Administrator Hellekson. Absent: Kamlitz.
Council Member Steele moved a resolution to authorize the City Administrator, Public Works Director, and
City Engineer to approve costs and work with Scherbenske, Inc., and Border States Paving, Inc., at an amount
not to exceed $175,000 to replace one block of water main and associated pavement on 11th Ave SW from 17th
St SW to 16th St SW, and authorize the City Administrator to sign any necessary documents. Seconded by
Council Member Schloegel. Public Works Director Michel provided information. Roll Call No. 1: 4 ayes, 0
nays, 1 absent. Carried.
Council Member Schloegel moved to adjourn at 4:56 p.m. Seconded by Council Member Steele. Unanimous
aye vote. Carried.
