CITY OF JAMESTOWN CITY COUNCIL BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING JULY 9, 2024 The budget meeting was called to order by Mayor Heinrich at 4:00 P.M. Members Present: Mayor Heinrich, Council Members Kamlitz, Steele and Toso, Assistant City Attorney Geroux, and City Administrator Hellekson. Absent: Schloegel. Staff Present: Blackmore, Edinger, Fosse, Laber, Lipetzky, Michel, Reuther, Stroh and Sveum. Mayor Heinrich informed the council that there is additional revenue that was receipted this week that is not reflected in this first version of the budget. This will be updated on the next budget version along with a couple of fund transfers that should have been completed in previous years. City Administrator Hellekson continued to led a review of the General Fund. Deputy Auditor Sveum, City Forester Laber, Civic Center Director Fosse, Building Inspector Blackmore, Street Foreman Lipetzky and City Assessor Stroh provided information. The next City Council Budget Committee meeting is Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. in City Hall. Council Member Kamlitz moved to adjourn at 5:28 P.M. Seconded by Council Member Steele.
