CITY OF JAMESTOWN
CITY COUNCIL BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
JULY 15, 2024
The budget meeting was called to order by Mayor Heinrich at 4:00 P.M.
Members Present: Mayor Heinrich, Council Members Kamlitz, Steele and Toso, Assistant City
Attorney Geroux, and City Administrator Hellekson. Absent: Schloegel.
Staff Present: Blackmore, Blinsky, Laber, Michel, O’Neill, Reuther, Stroh and Sveum.
Council Member Schloegel seated himself at 5:04 P.M.
City Administrator Hellekson presented the Enterprise Funds beginning with the Sanitation,
Solid Waste, Sewer Fund, Stormwater Utility and followed up with the Vector Control Fund.
Sanitation Foreman O’Neill, Public Works Director Michel, and Deputy Auditor Sveum
provided information.
The next City Council Budget Committee meeting is Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. in City
Hall.
Council Member Kamlitz moved to adjourn at 5:35 P.M. Seconded by Council Member
Schloegel. Unanimous aye vote. Carried.
