CITY OF JAMESTOWN
CITY COUNCIL BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
JULY 16, 2024
The budget meeting was called to order by Mayor Heinrich at 4:00 P.M.
Members Present: Mayor Heinrich, Council Members Kamlitz, Schloegel, Steele and Toso,
Assistant City Attorney Geroux, and City Administrator Hellekson.
Staff Present: Blinsky, Fosse, Laber, Michel, Reuther, Stroh and Sveum.
City Administrator Hellekson presented the Water Utility Fund, Convention Promotion Fund,
Visitors Promotion Capital Construction Fund, Municipal Infrastructure Distribution Fund,
Public Building Site Fund and reviewed changes made in the Stormwater Utility Fund, Vector
Control Fund, General Fund and Sewer Fund. Public Works Director Michel, Water
Superintendent Rowell, Deputy Auditor Sveum, Fire Chief Reuther and Civic Center Director
Fosse provided information.
The next City Council Budget Committee meeting is Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. in
City Hall.
Council Member Kamlitz moved to adjourn at 5:47 P.M. Seconded by Council Member Steele.
Unanimous aye vote. Carried.
