CITY OF JAMESTOWN
CITY COUNCIL BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
JULY 17, 2024
The budget meeting was called to order by Mayor Heinrich at 4:00 P.M.
Members Present: Mayor Heinrich, Council Members Kamlitz, Steele and Toso, Assistant City
Attorney Geroux, and City Administrator Hellekson. Absent: Schloegel.
Council Member Schloegel seated himself at 4:09 P.M.
City Administrator Hellekson presented an updated Water Utility Fund, and an updated Public
Building Site Fund, the Construction Fund, City Development Fund, Water Connection Deposit
Fund, Landfill Deposit Fund, Special Revenue Funds, Trust and Agency Funds, and the
Equipment Replacement Fund. Public Works Director Michel and Deputy Auditor Sveum
provided information.
The next City Council Budget Committee meeting is Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 4:00 P.M. in
City Hall.
Council Member Kamlitz moved to adjourn at 5:27 P.M. Seconded by Council Member
Schloegel. Unanimous aye vote. Carried.
