CITY OF JAMESTOWN CITY COUNCIL BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING AUGUST 4, 2025 The budget meeting was called to order by Mayor Heinrich at 3:00 P.M. Members Present: Mayor Heinrich, Council Members Kamlitz, Phillips, Schloegel and Steele, Assistant City Attorney Geroux, and City Administrator Hellekson. Staff Present: Blackmore, Edinger, Fosse, Hilgemann, Michel, O’Neill, Stroh and Veil. City Administrator Hellekson reviewed the Enterprise and Trust and Agency Funds. Public Works Director Michel, Sanitation Foreman O’Neill and Assistant City Attorney Geroux provided information. Council Member Schloegel moved to approve the preliminary budget as presented. Seconded by Phillips. Unanimous aye vote. Mayor Heinrich moved to adjourned the meeting at 4:47 P.M. Sarah Hellekson, City Administrator
