City Council Special Meeting Minutes June 17, 2025 at 5:00 PM Jefferson City Municipal Building 1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 6:03pm. 2. Roll Call PRESENT Mayor Mitch Cain Vice Mayor Kevin Bunch Councilwoman Ailene Combs Councilman Rocky Melton Councilwoman Sheala Purkey Also present were James Gallup, City Manager; Robert Burts, City Attorney; and Bettina Chandler, City Recorder. 3. Citizen Comments (Citizens should state their name, address, and limit comments to five minutes.) There were no comments. 4. Old Business a. Approve on Second Reading Ordinance 2025-05 Budget Amendment for the FY 2024- 25 Operating Budget Motion made by Councilwoman Combs to approve Ordinance 2025-05, Seconded by Councilman Melton. Voting Yea: Mayor Cain, Vice Mayor Bunch, Councilwoman Combs, Councilman Melton, Councilwoman Purkey b. Approved on Second Reading Ordinance 2025-06 Budget Amendment for the FY 2024- 25 for the Committed Fund Motion made by Councilman Melton to approve Ordinance 2025-06, Seconded by Councilwoman Combs. Voting Yea: Mayor Cain, Vice Mayor Bunch, Councilwoman Combs, Councilman Melton, Councilwoman Purkey 5. New Business 6. Adjourn The meeting was adjourned at 6:05pm.
