COUNCIL MEETING October 22, 2024 5:30 P.M. At 4:00 p.m. the Council, Mayor and City Staff meant and toured the Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction Project. This was a public meeting. PRESENT: Ahrenholtz, Jackson, Wetrich, Zmolek ABSENT: Sloan Mayor Berry presided. No citizens spoke during Open Forum. On motion by Jackson, second by Wetrich, the Council approved the following consent items: October 8, 2024 Council Minutes, Al’s Corner Oil Co, dba Sparky’s One Stop #22, Class B Alcohol License, GAX #4 for Centennial Upper Story Housing Grant 23-HSGU-003. AYE: Ahrenholtz, Jackson, Wetrich, Zmolek NAY: None On motion by Wetrich, second by Zmolek, the Council approved Change Order #7 in the amount of $0 (do not coat the digester tanks) with time change only, adding 35 days (both Substantial and Final Completion to May 5, 2025) for the work approved in Change Order #5 due to extension in submittal and delivery schedules that weren’t known until after Change Order #5 was proposed.
