Motion to adopt Ordinance 4-2021 requiring the installation and inspection of grease traps in all eating and/or drinking establishments. d. Motion to send a letter of support for the Lackawanna Valley Conservancy grant application. e. Motion to hire Stephen Hall as a part time police officer at the hourly rate of $ 21.00. f.
