Motion to approve the Rotell subdivision/lot consolidation plan with the following conditions: (1) The applicant’s plans show the catch basin at Grassy Island Avenue and Hill Street as well as the outlet pipe; (2) The applicant’s plans show the sanitary sewer line on the southwestern side of Hill Street; and (3) The applicant’s plans show the rear setback for the lot as 30 feet. d.
